Are pets allowed?

Yes — cats and dogs of any size are welcome, up to 2 pets per home. There's a $500 refundable pet deposit, plus $50 a month per pet. Pets must be spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations (bring vet records), and a pet play area is coming soon to the community.

How much is the deposit?

The security deposit is $1,750 — fully refundable when you leave the home clean and undamaged. Ask about current terms when you apply.

Is there a monthly service fee?

Yes — every home carries a $20/month service fee in addition to rent. It covers light bulbs, HVAC filters, landscaping, and pest control, so your monthly total is rent plus $20.
